Chicken Penne Pasta


  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 jar Passata
  • Fresh basil / grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Green Capers (*optional)
  • A portion of Penne pasta – left to your judgement.


Cook pasta as normal but try adding a clove of garlic to the boiling water ! Thinly slice chicken breast and spread with Allioli.. As the pasta is nearing the end of the cooking time, place chicken under a medium/high grill giving each side 1 min – be careful to cook through but not burn. When cooked, cover and reserve. Drain pasta, remove garlic clove if used, add a jar of passata and on a high heat warm through. Add a dessertspoon of Allioli to create a creamy, garlic and Tomato sauce. Serve onto a warm family size bowl, place all the chicken on the top and sprinkle with chopped basil and long shavings of Parmesan – and eat immediately – yummy!

Prepared pasta from any supermarket can be perked up by stirring in Allioli before during or after cooking too!
