- 1 pot of Choví Allioli
- 1 KG Cooking Potatoes
- 100g Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 400g Gammon Ham, chopped into bite size pieces
- 150g Peas
How to fill a family ! Peel, boil and mash the potatoes as traditionally done. Add, 1 generous tablespoon full of Chovi Allioli, the chopped gammon ham, cooked peas and then the grated cheese. This recipe can be adapted so boneless fish can be used instead – It can be vegetarian by adding Veggie Cheese and ‘Allioli’ fried Onions or simply just stir in Allioli to any dish of mashed potatoes – enjoy!
