The iconic yellow mortar (motero) is part of Spanish food culture. As a holiday maker in Spain you will have been served Allioli as a tapas starter. In Spain its used for cooking, marinades and even frying an egg!

This pack is 190ml, cases of 12's – the product should be merchandised in your chilled dips, mayo section or with fresh meats. Allioli is also gluten free. It can be used and cooked just as you would with any oil. It can be eaten straight out of the pot as a dip.
